Rent ready, payment recognised

Every month the rent is ready with a structured communication. Your bank or a CSV file reports the payment and Pandfolio matches it itself. So you no longer hold statements up against a list.

Arrears spotted, letter ready

You see straight away on your overview who is paying late. The demand for payment is drafted according to the rules of your region; you review it and send it yourself. So a late payment never goes unnoticed.

Indexation at the right moment

Pandfolio knows when a rent may be indexed, calculates the amount and checks the EPC condition. You approve the proposal. So you never miss an indexation again.

Lease and inspection report

A lease following the model of your region, with the mandatory clauses and the registration deadline. You sign for free with your eID on sign.belgium.be, outside Pandfolio. You draw up the inspection report room by room on your phone, even without signal.
